JUSTICE: Equal Under the Law…For Real

We say everyone is equal under the law. In practice, that’s not true.

My priorities:

• End cash bail

• Ensure early access to counsel

• Treat lack of bodycam footage as evidence, not neutral

• Hold officials personally accountable for rights violations

• Level the legal playing field

  • Publicly funded, high-quality representation systems

  • Reduce the advantage of unlimited legal budgets

Bottom line: Justice shouldn’t depend on how much money you have.
